We all have different reasons why we might be considering starting the counselling process. It could be that you need some temporary support for an issue that you are currently struggling with. Or you may feel that it is time to address something that you have been carrying with you for a long time.
Whatever your reasons, finding a safe space to talk freely about what is on your mind could be the first step towards feeling brighter and lighter.
Whether you have a clear goal in mind of what you want out of therapy or whether you want to give it a try and see where it takes you, I am here to offer you support on that journey.

MY APPROACH
I offer counselling in a person-centred way. This means I am attentive and focussed on what you bring, offering a safe and supportive space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings which might sometimes feel difficult or uncomfortable.
I’ll be alongside you with each step you take and will be respectful and non-judgemental, always aiming to understand your world and viewpoint which we can explore together.
I will support you to discover more of yourself and help you to find your own answers to your difficulties, rather than advise or tell you what to do.
